Yes It’s True. When any individual drinks 1 cup water before their every meal, it helps to reduce their appetite, hence they eat lesser which helps them to reduce the extra  calories. Also instead of drinking other beverages if individual drinks only water before meal or with meal then they not feel to eat more and hence, it results in weight loss.
