Are dosas considered healthy for breakfast?

Dosas are a combination of cereal and pulse, thus the biological value of the protein can increase, thus when had with good amount of sambhar (1-2 cups) and a little of chutney, it can become a very healthy breakfast option. One can even add black gram dal in the dosa batter to make it more beneficial. The fermentation process also increases the vitamin c and vitamin B content of the batter.
