What’s the healthiest breakfast food to start your day? Are fruits better or cereal?

Breakfast that comprises of good amount of carbohydrates and proteins.should be of a sufficient in calories to kick start the day.like breakfast cereal with milk or curd or pulses or egg. Along with a fruit  because it should provide vitamin C that is important for iron absorption as well as it will provide fiber as well as phytochemicals that give health benefits. Also the cereal should be such that one eats whole grains rather than refined ones. So one should advise persons to consume multi grain bread rather than white bread. Too much of oil/butter should be avoided. Instead of jam one should choose vegetables etc as an accompaniment to bread/chapatti eg for breakfast can be preparations of rice (curd rice, dosa, idlietc), jowar, bajra etc. egg preparations are also recommended for protein intake eg egg bhurji, egg omelette, egg sandwich etc.
