At the outset let me take this opportunity to thank 'Nutrela' to build such a wonderful platform. Its an honor to write for 'Nutrela', as it is a brand that has always brought us something new, interesting and healthy!

Let's take these few steps and include them in our daily routine as it is OUR - "CHOICE TO STAY HEALTHY!"

Health doesn't come as a gift you have to yearn for it and earn it!

With a busy life, and a plethora of options available to choose from; for our food - we have definitely got a change in our lives and lifestyles than the life of our elders.
But should that change our mindset of staying healthy ? Can we excuse ourselves from being healthy just because we have got a busier lifestyle?

I feel just the opposite - because we have a busy lifestyle it gives us all the more a reason to start thinking of health beyond weight loss, food beyond calories and health and toning of the body with the help of exercise only and not crash diets.

Step 1 - Get up early - always, to boost up your oxygen levels, to strategise your day, to maintain the rhythm of your hormonal cycle and to have a fresh looking skin always!

Step 2 - Go out and stand in the sunlight for at least 10 minutes to boost up your vitamin D stores and stay healthy always!

Step 3 - Start your day with something nutritious - Infused waters, soaked nuts and fruits are always a good option to start with!
Step 4 - Eat your Breakfast Lunch and Dinner on time and remember to sit at ease and eat it at peace, so tha your body gains maximum nourishment out of it.

Step 5 - Stay hydrated in all seasons. Remember no matter what the season is your body's cells and the vital organs keep performing and for their essential cycles they need to stay hydrated!

I guess our choice to stay healthy can kick-start with these few steps!
