I’ve been in the education profession for 14 years - as Asst. Professor (Food, Nutrition & Dietetics) at the Goa College of Home Science as well as Visiting Faculty at St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, Nirmala Institute of Education, Goa, and Nursing and Hotel Management Colleges across Goa. Associated as Clinical Nutritionist & Consultant Dietitian of Norbert’s Fitness Studio – a gym having 8 branches across Goa. Has a weekly column on Diet, Fitness & Health on the Weekender, a Gomantak Times weekend issue. Regularly contributes articles on nutrition & health to local newspapers and magazines. Am also the Honorary Nutrition Consultant at the Indian Red Cross Society, Goa. Presented Research Papers on Nutrition & Health at various State-Level, National & International Conferences with ISBN Journal publications in national and international journals.
